Standard Delivery

For orders placed before 3pm and shipped via First Class Royal Mail, we advise a delivery time between 2 - 5 working days.

Orders with a value above £49 will be shipped with First Class Royal Mail Recorded which requires a signature.

Express Delivery

For orders placed before 3pm and shipped via Express Delivery (City Link), we advise a delivery time between 1 - 3 working days.

All orders sent via Express Delivery require a signature upon delivery.

Refunds

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from The Bike Shed within 14 days of purchase. All we ask is that the item(s) are returned unused in original packaging with the invoice included.

Unless the item(s) were damaged during transit we are unable to refund any delivery charges or pay for any delivery costs when posting the item(s) back to us. However items(s) can be returned to any Bike Shed store free of charge.

When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
